Save The Bottles & More creates unique items using recycled
bottles. All of our products are bottles
which formerly contained wine and spirits; however we are always
on the lookout for any type of bottle to "save".
The bottle melting process takes over 24 hours and produces different
appearances based on the material composition of the bottle.
The finished product is affected by the amount of sand, potash,
soda, etc. used in the initial manufacturing process. Bottom
line … each product is an original work of art!!
Save The Bottles & More’s product line includes melted bottles which
can be used for cheeseboards and serving pieces. Our Bottle Dish has many
uses such as … snack dish, spoon rest, jewelry tray, keys & spare
change, candles, business card holder … just to name a few!!
After the bottles are melted a wire wrap design is added on the “neck”. After
all these are "saved" bottles and they have to look good!
Each bottle has "feet" attached to protect surfaces. All the bottles
are washable with warm soapy water, but are not dishwasher safe. As with every
hand crafted original design, there will be slight variations in the bottle surface
giving each piece its own uniqueness. No two bottles are exactly alike!
